Booking terms & conditions
25% deposit to confirm the booking within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email & invoice. Payment will be collected using the credit card details provided at the time of booking. The remaining 75% will be due 30 days before arrival.
Bookings with payments not received by the due date are liable for cancellation, our accounts department will contact you when payment is due.

festive season: 22nd dec to 6th jan (both dates included).
high season: 1st july to 21st dec (both dates included).
high season: 7th jan to 31st mar (both dates included).
low season: 1st june to 30th June (both dates included).
low season: 1st apr to 14th apr (both dates included).
closed: 15th apr to 31st may

Festive Season: is between 23rd December to 6th January (both dates included)

Closed: 1st April to 31st May

From 4 nights stay:

From 6 nights stay:
All the above + Romantic dinner for 2 in Sexy Fish restaurant
* on presentation of marriage certificate, no older than 4 months from the date of arrival
Minimum stay all seasons: 3 nights(5 Nights in Festive Season)
All rates are exclusive of the new government Infrastructure tax of USD 5 per person per night & are quoted in US Dollars.

a) More than 30 days before date of arrival: Full Refund
b) Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival dates OR no show: 100% cancellation penalty + taxes
No children under 16 yrs at the Z2 hotel. Children of all ages welcome at Kidoti villas.
